Pour the flour into a bowl with a sieve and add the milk, baking powder and sugar. Mix and then add the juice and the zest of half a lemon. Mix again. With seed oil, oil a small pan with a diameter of approx. 20 cm and, helping yourself with a ladle, pour the dough in the center. When you see bubbles forming on the surface of the pancake, remove the edges and flip it. The pancake will be cooked when both sides will be golden. Repeat the process until you have used all the dough. Stuff with salami.
