Pour the flour on a plain and clean surface and add the previously minced ham. Then slowly add all the other ingredients.
Knead the dough and take small portions from which you will form small rolls. From each roll cut a small piece and close it, forming a tarallino. The size of the taralli will be chosen according to your taste. Continue until you finish the dough.
Place all the tarallini on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees, bake for about 15 minutes after lowering the convection oven to 180 degrees.
