Roll out the pizza dough on floured baking paper, spreading it out slowly with your hands until it forms a pizza. Garnish with mozzarella and a little oil. Bake in preheated conventional oven, at 250 degrees, for approximately 10 minutes. Add the figs on top of the still uncooked pizza and bake again for another 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and garnish with Parma ham, thyme, a pinch of salt and balsamic vinegar. Serve warm.
