Description
It is the result of the combination of craftsmanship with the most advanced technology. Manufactured like in the old days, respecting the traditional recipe, it is a high quality product. It is prepared with pork thighs from pigs bred in Italy that are carefully selected. It is produced with natural aromatic herbs and a little salt, which, together with a slow cooking (not in mold), give it softness, a sweet taste and a very delicate flavour. It presents itself with the right balance of fat and perfcetly veined, with half rind as of fat and marbling, with the half rind, according to tradition. Gluten-free, lactose-free, allergen-free, glutamate-free and polyphosphates-free.
